The great deceiver comes to steal our peace, our joy, and the purpose for our lives. We can either choose to listen to his lies or hold tighter to God’s promises. Friend, sometimes in life things do not go our way, we may be given a curveball or we have let ourselves down or others may have let us down. These situations make it so easy for the enemy to seep into our minds and create doubt and havoc, where hope and peace should reside. Friend, do not let the enemy steal the blessing of true life that our savior so freely has given us. When fear comes to steal our breath, breathe in God’s word. When despair comes to hurt our hearts, may we steady our hearts on God. When the enemy tries to steal God’s plan for our lives; may we remember whom is bigger! For God’s peace surpasses all, our joy should be through and in Him. God’s purpose for our lives is beyond what we could imagine, we must continue to trust in Him through the good, and the bad. For when the enemy seeks to destroy, God continues to renew, restore, and give true life in a way that this world here cannot offer. Friend, if you feel like you are consumed by the enemy, call out to God. For our creator, still tends to His creation. He is bigger than any enemy and you are loved beyond reason. Hang in there my friend, God has got it!
