I have come to realize that I am far more capable, more able, and things go so much better and smoother, when I pray about a task. For when I try to conquer it on my own accord, I am either unable or things are way harder than they could have been. Friend, sometimes in our own self-reliance and independence; we put too much dependence on ourselves. We wind up setting aside the very one that can give us a type of strength that we could never have on our own. Recently I have been doing some pretty big projects and I found out very quickly that when I go into it on my own strength, I struggle. However, when I take the time to pray and talk to God about giving me strength, suddenly I am more equipped to tackle the task at hand. Friend, though this is more of a physical strength, no matter what kind of strength that we may be looking for, we can find our strength in Him. Whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. If you are needing some extra strength in your life my friend, call out to God. For there is no one greater than the one in which true strength comes from.
