When things may not always go our way

We tend to question Him, as we pray

We know God’s love for us, is beyond comprehension

Yet, we question some thing’s we can’t help but mention

Things that may be big, or things that may be small

Forgetting that these things, stem from the fall

Some blame God or question His plan

When things are more than we can understand

As He holds us all, sometimes the answer is trust

Knowing that He still holds and loves us

Though all the answers to us may not be known

This is where faith can really be grown

In times where things may not be as we planned

God is in control, He has the upper hand

So whether through hardship, sickness pain

He is always with us time and again

The question of why may be easy to say

Trust in God’s plan, trust in His way

For the God that has loved beyond what’s understood

Will keep being faithful and still is good

Trust in God, He has got it all worked out

Hold on to His promises and let go of doubt
