While driving I noticed the sun rising beautifully. Though beautiful, it was partly covered by a thick, grey smoke, from a local building. The grey smoke partly concealed, what the sun was trying to share. Sometimes sin is like that smoke, concealing the beauty within us and concealing all that we have to offer. We can choose to cover our goodness by the smoke of sin that can surround us. Or we can choose to show our goodness and our light by having God live inside of us. Friend, you are beautiful. I pray you choose to rise above, like the sun and shine your light for the world to see. Exactly as God intended.
