Take in all the beauty

My youngest son and I took an adventure today. I picked him up from school and we went to a local beach. The waves were splashing against the sand and it was peaceful and serene. I watched as he ran, with our pup in tow. I am not sure who was having more fun. My son, as he ran as fast as he could through the sand hills, my dog who felt her paws against the cool sand or myself behind my lens taking in all the beauty and joy. Friend, life is full of adventures to be had. God has placed an assortment of beauty around us to take in. It does not cost anything to take that time, to take all of God’s beautiful landscape in. Adventures taken with those we love, in the beauty in which God created is priceless. The fresh air, the cool sand, the splashing waves, and the laughter of those we love. Take the time friend, to take a few moments, to take it all in.
